Nobody ever believes the "minor injury" guff in that situation though

Anyway, what does it matter whether he's publicly or privately demanded a move? You make it sound like he's done the "honourable thing" by not making it public and we're letting him down by revealing it when it's actually the opposite. If he HAS demanded a move he should just face up to it, and not try to shirk responsibility. He'll at least get a bit more respect that way.
