FYI I'm pretty certain you can't just choose to go to any MLS team

They have slots for Designtaed Players which is 2 (+1 extra you have to pay for).

Most MLS teams are maxed out. If the list I found is up to date Toronto has no DPs so are one of a couple of clubs he can join
