You should try reading some books

It might improve the way your mind thinks.

"We have free speech" doesn't mean he could go on air and say "phwooar Gabby, you're looking fine tonight, I'd love to have a go on you later" for a very extreme example. He'd upset Gabby, and it would be inappropriate for television. Similarly, calling a football management stint a holocaust is inappropriate for television. It's not rocket science.
