When I was back a couple of summers ago

Had some mental bastard overtake me as I was turning right into a petrol station in Dereham.

I was indicating, and had started to turn.

Cardiff has its share of mad city drivers too, and a particular issue with kids on motorised/cracked electric bikes,but the 20mph limit has made the city noticeably nicer to drive around (strikingly more stressful driving over the border these days... And important to remember when crossing roads etc - timings are all different)
