How is rateable value calculated? Is it based on size of building, location, revenue or a

mixture. The values given by that website for my area (Wymondham) gives a confusing picture:

White Hart: £20,500 increasing to £62,000
Feathers: £24,000 increasing to £35,000
Green Dragon: £55,000 increasing to £57,500
Queens Head: £28,000 increasing to £45,000
Cross Keys: £14,500 reducing to £12,500
