As shops there regularly and the ops manager of the shopping centre did too. Don’t remember her ever having a kid with her before.

Ring the police and they’ll log it but say it’s a social services matter which is fair enough but then social services say they can’t ID her with the number plate we gave unless the police decide to tell them. Good to see our public services working together 🥴
