How about this for a team?

Swap out Smith and Jacks/Shoaib for Foakes and Rehan Ahmed. The latter is an incredible all round talent, which allows for a proper keeper.

Drop Stokes down a place (he really is our best bowler and needs to worry less about batting), keep the openers for now and booom.
