I think you’re over complicating it

It’s not a definition, it’s just an agreement up front between sky and the EFL as to how many midweek (Inc bank holiday) rounds of fixtures there are and how many weekend rounds there are.

The former are all on skysports plus, the latter aren’t unless moved to 12:30
