Plan was pretty much perfect except for more goals.

Instead of starting with Wright and Springett he used them when Charlton were starting to tire which gave them a bigger impact.
Bringing on Jurasek and Slimane would not have had the same effect.
One of our best 2nd half of the season?
Well controlled overall, not to many moments against us.
