There are two things to say

1 - Think of a great NCFC club-developed player and ask yourself, were they involved with the First Team while still a schoolboy? [Dale Gordon, Ruel, Sutton, Bellamy, Rowe]
So, clearly, Tavares has something special

2 - Most football professionals [scouts, SDs, Recruiters] have very high hopes for Tavares, but look at the likes of Dan Adshead,Aidan Fitzpatrick and Reece McAlear.
Potential guarantees nothing.
