it is easy to forget the good results going into this series. I even read one BBC journo this morning saying that Stokes role as captain is in jeopardy. That would be ludicrous to effectively make him an escape goat for the poor form of effectively our top order batsmen and a weak bowling attack. To have any chance we needed our openers to do their job.. too often (alwys!) the middle order have been exposed to the new ball and fresh bowlers way too early. And that... in the end is what done us.
