Peach stone spit challenge 2006

Think it was a Peach but could have been an Apricot or some other such soft fruit, I'm not all that up on these things. Anyway sportsfans, I've got the stone in my gob, I'm sat comfortably in my swivel chair. Wastepaper bin is approx seven feet away. Wind is negligible. Bit of hush please.......
