is that NCISA statement annoying?

I dunno. I think there's a mismatch between what the club currently thinks about the squad - basically good enough, would have done better last season if it wasn't for injuries and a bad start - and what the supporters think.

Which is that the squad is unbalanced, and generally lacking in sufficient quality, given the resources we have.

I think a lot of people - both Blower and his chums, and a lot of us on here - are going to be very disappointed with the squad which starts the season.
