What I find hopeful about this squad is:

If PC gets at least half of them on an upward trajectory as he seems to have, then we have a lot of time on our side

Forson, Makama, McConville, fisher, Schwartau, wright, Chrisene, Diallo, jurasek, Mahovo and mundle smith all aged 22 or younger.

Kvistgaarden, Springett, Mattsson and surprisingly Slimane all 23 or 24.

Sarge is 25. Darling 26.


Players like topic, Stacey, Marcondes and obviously Kenny and Duffy aren’t going to get much better but are replaceable either through development of the youngsters or future purchases.


So, if we do keep improving then I’d be quite excited for the future. Certainly happier than a month ago when I felt we had an entire squad of wasters.
