Why do you not agree with it. Its consistent

If someone takes you out, just as you have released a pass, its a foul. Why should a shot be any different. Also quite often the impending sliding tackle, as in this case I believe, has actually hurried the person into a shot, so its affected the shot. It really annoys me when ignorant commentators say its not a pen, because the ball has already gone. Its just not a thing, unless the ball is out of play
