and old git is indeed on the money re wild alaskan v farmed scotchish.

in my defence yer honour, i always buy wild alaskan salmon fillets as they are so much better quality than the watery cotton wool salmon fillets that the scotchers are mcpimping in supermarkets and only a couple of quid more.
