Shit is obviously the wrong word. However, it’s also a word generally used slightly out of context, for humour or emotional reasons (anger etc). I can tolerate the use of it for those reasons, just as I can say “that was a bit s**t” if I’d done something poorly or wrong.

What I find harder to tolerate, and it is done on here a lot, by many people, is describing players and others as less intelligent or stupid. The number of times there are posts calling someone thick, stupid, brainless, brain dead (just off the top of my head) for making a mistake on the pitch or just disagreeing is, for want of a better word, unacceptable, in my opinion.
