How do you go from one of the most promising young managers in the game to one dimensional and out of ideas in the space of what a year?

Also how on earth do you explain the appalling scattergun recruitment decisions over 2 seasons and all the money wasted on dross?

Finally what on earth has happened to the team morale and spirit?

Something just seems totally off at the club.im not even sure sacking the manager is the answer, he could just be the tip of the iceberg. It's like a totally different club to the one that went up.
