Not really

I agree there were signs of improvement, but unfortunately no luck and just looking at the maths, what we need looks way out of reach. Talk of signings is clutching at straws - when was the last time we signed a real difference maker? Pukki and Buendia were 7 years ago now, signed by a completely different recruitment team. I just can’t be positive about any of it right now.
