Yesterday and squad comments ref Youth

Not judging yesterday,I agree with many other posters hopefully PC will have seen enough to not pick some of them ever again...ala Roeder and Plymouth!
Lets look after Oxford..PC has only had two and half day on the training field so far.
The whole American,moneyball model has an element of needing youth coming through to fill out the squad or sell if good enough.
We have recently paid good schilling for McConville and Medic in defence.
We let Brad Hills go for a small fee,he is no worse than either of the two mentioned above.
We sent Adegboyega out on loan to Dundee where by all accounts he did well,in a tough physical league regardless of the footballing quality.Yet apparently he is not good enough either. The two signings were both made whilst he was out on loan.
The route to the first team that we are apparently so good at seems lost.
We currently have no one out on loan 'tearing it up'.
In reality the last player to truly come form the academy was Mr Cantwell,not brought in from another club.
I struggle to see why we do not have a young left footed player who could and should of been available to help the first team squad out when clearly it is suffering at Left Back..Farke blooded Max!!
Our youth set up is not delivering surely there is someone better than Springett
Neil Adams needs to get back in charge of the Academy overall with a task of producing first team players
