This man is the real deal. It won’t necessarily be instant but he has all that it takes.

I hope that the players really get behind him and respond and that the fans do too. So looking forward to going to Birmingham tomorrow. I don’t expect to even get a point but still feels like a fresh start with a proper manager in charge.
