Finally got round to watching the First Day BTS vid. One thing that massively pleases me

Proper handshakes.

Great to see Big Phil and his Trusted Associate not dicking around with those ridiculous overhand, pseudo Arnie v Carl Wethers 'CIA got you pushing to many pencils' style with awkward lean in and shoulder pat combo. No. Proper good old-fashioned, no-nonsense gentleman's handshake.

Delighted to say that I've boarded the Big Phil train.
