Hmm...managing difficult / big personalities is a major part of the job

I had forgotten about the keeper crisis. I try to forget about that Sheff Wed home game; Reyes in goal certainly didn't help things.

With the benefit of hindsight, I'd rather we'd had JHT than Manning at the start of this season, but I don't doubt he'd have been sacked by now anyway.
