Personally I'll wait and see what happens. I've been relentlessly bleak about this season after seeing what we've produced so far and I tend to think that unless some drastic changes happen very soon that it's too late to stay up. But essentially I'm an optimist and won't believe it's over until it really is.

You're right about one thing - there is so little elite sport in this part of the country and I've always believed, deep down, that competition brings the best out of both teams (though that's not been the case in recent times as far as your lot goes...).
