SRC FTBL was hired to build their analytics department. Part of the work includes supporting first-team performance and player identification.

Their role is quite strategic: not just analytics, but helping set up a “player identification & recruitment” system integrated with analytics.

Norwich’s ownership (Norfolk Holdings) is reportedly in the process of acquiring SRC FTBL, which would bring their analytics capability fully in-house.
