While overall debt decreased the wages to revenue increased to 122% which is a huge red flag.

That looks unsustainable.
Even if we stay up I expect debts to go up dramatically this season.
We rely on playing trading to boost revenues, doesn't really look like that's happening next year.
Maybe sell Sarge?
