Shit, I only have it in my mouth

It feels mostly like I have scar tissue on the inside of my cheek and on the side of my tongue. I have noticed flare ups from salt and vinegar crisps and particularly spicy(hot) foods.I didn't realise it could spread to other areas of the body, hope you are OK!
