Squad Quality & Coaching

No doubt I will annoy some ,but here goes
I do not subscribe to the thinking that our squad is so poor that a better coach would not improve them.
Only a couple of the current first team squad have NOT represented their country at some level or other from u16 to full international level.We have ten full internationals..even Jurasek has played U21!
Whether you rate international football or not it illustrates that other coaches,managers,selectors see something in these players.
Top quality sportsmen and women..are like racehorses they need nurturing,preparing putting in the right races!..Looking after!..Big move to rural Norfolk for young foreign lads!
How many of ours are injured,played out of position,not played at all!
The West Indies used to say that class was permanent but form was indifferent!
Definitely squad needs some pace and some guile..a Wes..A Madders..A Buendia..But are they fundamentally that bad..or has the coaching been dreadfull.Many of the new signings exited us,getting some ahead of other championship clubs was seen as a result!
I think coaching and overall management has had a massive impact and the next man needs to get some confidence into them and make sure everything that can be rosy for them is!!..Tin hat on!
