Isn't this the standard championship coach now...hence the avg short tenure

Do we accept avg champs or do we go for different?

I would like to go for different but I think now...needs must, so we go for GON or JDT in the short/medium term and then look to be innovative in the future. The last appointment was such a missed opportunity.
