Going up, going down?

Are basically the two choices we have for a manager. Our best have always been the going up ones where we were their biggest job so far (Stringer, Walker, Lambert, Neil, Farke).

We tried two going down ones who had failed in bigger jobs in Smith and then Wagner. Now we've tried two more going up in Thorup and Manning.

So maybe we should try another going down in Jon Dahl Tomasson?
