This club has gone way too far down the in house promotion/solutions.

Far too many people at this club have been in position for years too long. Football is constantly evolving and personnel need to along with it.

When Dean Smith came he basically had to beg Webber to bring Liam Bramley with him. Some of our fitness/medical/scouting departments have more than outstayed their welcome. Those departments need complete and utter clear outs.
