1. Late blooming striker having the purplest of purple patches - let's play to his strengths.
2. Get Wes on the ball in space when you can. If not, get it in the mixer.
3. When you're outclassed, dont give up, get right up in their grills and you never know.
4. Dont get f**king beat.

I dont recall him ever mentioning processes or behaviours or owning it. But it probably was one of those.
