Yep, exactly how I remember both appointments

We had just been outplayed at home by Wagners', Huddersfield and I was hungry for a cool German manager.

Farke followed pretty much the same trajectory as Wagner (poor first season than it all came together in season 2).

Lambert clearly knew how to motivate a team (in stark contrast to Gunn) and so I was excited for his appointment.
