Could do with offering the job to Big Sam on a 18th month contract

He could stabilise the team and make them competitive. Would give the American owners time to reorganise the structure of the club. Webber, Adams and Knapper could all be replaced.
Easier said than done and not sure who else you could consider to do the managers job on this basis.
Alex Neil possibly on a short team deal and bigger contract, depending on how it goes??
