Gives us a chance to bring in a manger that can get the best out of the players, look at the squad and identify a way of playing that suits the players and circumstances we find ourselves in. We might even find a manager that is actually pragmatic and can manage a game, or make subs and in game decisions that get us draws/wins from losing positions.

Manning was given far more time than he deserved.
