Malaise!

There have been some fantastic posts over the last few days.
I just really cannot muster any enthusiasm for the situation at the moment.
Whether you supported Delia and Co or not, I am not convinced they would have let this get this far!
This is management and coaching coupled with poor player purchasing but good coaching and systems improves poor players.
Sack both now!!
Gary Oneil if he would come, bonused on Championship place retention! Neil Adams temp SD...then returns to the academy solely to get players to the first team..and earn a living!
This fan disconnect will only worsen until a decisive action is taken by those in charge and gut feeling is,its not happening sadly!
