I remember so many ups and downs with this club

including the Chase years and I’m sure many of you do. But I don’t think I’ve ever felt quite so disillusioned for such a long period of time. Nothing will convince me otherwise that the biggest problem is the manager. If we were now mid table there would be moans and groans about the squad much like last year but the toxicity running through the fans wouldn’t be there and there certainly wouldn’t be this distraction of the squad not being up to staying in the league. Trouble is Manning is using this distraction to make people believe he isn’t the problem. Well if he felt the squad wasn’t up to it, why did he take the job and why didn’t he express concern previously. He is the cause of the problem and MA has made him far worse by backing him when he should’ve been shown the door. It’s now a complete mess hence why I feel so bitter about it all.
