The forward bit is career average

Just to be clear, am not moaning, just trying to clarify regular misconceptions.

The public sector pension is okay, but it's hardly luxurious and is not at all analogous to private sector ones (in theory it's more secure, but the lack of a fixed pension age when you can draw it is a hugely undrrplayed risk, even amongst civil servants)
