The championship is notoriously variable from month to month with only a few clubs ever showing really consistent form. We are nowhere near cooked yet...but the time is coming to take action if action is to be taken.

Ideally, steps are already being taken, Manning goes at the start of the Nov. international break and the new guy is in place (either an interim or full time probably). Knapper is given notice and replaced in the new year so that everything is up and running ready for next season. Wherever the team might be. A CEO to bring everything together might be a good idea too.
