I don't hate him but i think he's awful with the media, noticed that at Southampton

Which sounds like a small point but actually being so spiky and having so little likeability doesnt help when things aren't going well.

I also think his style of football is very dated. Yes we used to play out from the back. Liam Manning tries to as did Thorup, but so do most clubs in the league. Most good managers and good clubs have moved on from that being to the main feature of their play.
