And how a good one as opposed to a bad one can make all the difference. I’m not suggesting we have a bad one but especially with so many foreign players that everyone is welcomed and respected. Are the players socialising together, is the club looking after the wives and families etc. All these tiny bits add up to players feeling content and enjoying working.

When Lambert was here a lot of our performances was down to an unbelievable team spirit. When Farke was here I always felt the players were all totally on the same page.
