What the answer is....
None of us really do.
Even if we sack Manning will it change the underlying problems....nobody really knows.
Wilder has a great track record with Sheffield Utd but he is struggling because of the underlying problems with the current squad.
Will he improve them, probably yes but like us it's a low bar.
That's why I feel managers can be over rated because often they catch lightning in a bottle and have success.....then mostly cannot replicate it....even coming back to the same club later on.
Manning will be sacked but he is probably only a small part of the problem.
