Why I feel a bit sorry for Manning....

Still think his time is up but....

You can tell how frustrated he is with the players.
He is asking them to do certain things and they are just not doing it.
As an example in the 1st half the game plan was perfect except nobody could score even with numerous clear cut chances.

He keeps drilling them about giving the ball away in key areas yet they keep doing it leading to soft goal after soft goal.

Yes it's his job to get the players playing but it's just not happening.
He just can't seem to translate his ideas on to the pitch.

The confidence looks shot as soon as we are behind.
That is super worrying.
Is that down to Manning or have we bought a lot of talented players who have a poor mentality.
