We replaced him with Adams to "get our Norwich back". Which was both naive and very understandable - because Hughton's style of play could never work at a club like Norwich over a considerable period of time.

He also talked striker after striker after striker into a complete joke by being just too plain timid, TOO worried about the opponents. I hear you though, which is why he's as high as he is in my list.
