scouting system

who are our scouts?
What are they doing and what have they been doing the last few seasons?
i cant remember us signing an up and coming youngster who had the hunger to do well.
Signing a player from a small club who can do well at this level
i.e andy linighan. probably more but cant think of any at the moment.
plus no doubt someone will prove me wrong and say we have signed someone!!
