Tactics time

Given that we have no left side, no pace, no creative midfielder and now, in Stacey's absence, no attacking RB, what tactics would you suggest?
All I can think of is sticking Sarge, Makama & (if fit enough) Kvistgaaden up top, everyone else deep, and belt long balls at them all day.
Anyone got anything better that might actually work?
