I said in the article that a hands-off leadership style is more conducive to getting the best out of people.
But he's surely aware that his current team of senior execs aren't delivering, so I think he'll see the need to get more qualitative experience.
Whether that's him, or Ressler, or a third party, who knows? But I do think he's going to be watching like a hawk from now on, which doesn't necessarily equate to hands-on micromanagement.
