The obvious one is replace Manning. I agree it's no guarantee of success but neither is

sticking with something that is clearly not working. Even MA alluded to the new manager bounce.

Knapper is a longer term problem but there has to be concern that if he is in charge of recruitment in the January window what confidence is there that he will bring in the needed players.

As per my post earlier in the day I also beleive that relegation is a possibility which if it means a complete shake up of the organisation (i.e. executives and players) might be a harsh but necessary reality.
