‘Relegation is not an option’

These aren’t the words of someone who will put up with our current form for long, despite his backing for Manning last night.

We might still go down if we sack Manning, of course. But I don’t believe the owners will sit on their hands and do nothing if there hasn’t been an upturn before the international break.
