Apparently just time and place!

Given who it is, it is more than plausible.
BK and player referred to Nunez as Nacho, LM referred to him as Nunez.
For me, a good manager would have at least spoken to Nunez and see what was needed to change his mind.
LM however, at the time, decided he was bigger than the players and given how early this was in his tenure, seem rather misguided??
I’ve also been led to believe that it was not a popular decision with many players.
